1 Small Papay seeded, peeled, chopped 1/2 lb. Hot peppers, crushed 1 Cucumber, chopped 2 Onions, finely chopped 2 Garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp. Salt 2 cups Vinegar 1 tbsp. Mustard 1 tsp. Oil Boil papaw until tender, add all other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and store in jars.
