Blair’s Death Sauce
This is a great tasting sauce. I like the slight chipolte flavor and the Lime/Cilantro flavors are just below the
surface. I like this one as an additive to Enchilada sauce or Chili. The heat level is Low/Medium.

Blair’s After Death Sauce
Well, definitely kicked up a few notches from the original! This sauce needs to be used a bit more sparely but, I still LOVE
it! The only difference from the original is added pepper extract however; it’s a big heat difference! The Heat Level is High/Medium

Bone Suckin’ Hiccupin’ Hot Sauce
Well, I love the Bone Suckin’ BBQ sauce so I was really looking forward to this one. This sauce is a very close cousin to the BBQ sauce
and reminds me of it with just more heat. A good sauce to use in place of BBQ sauce on Hamburgers, Hot Dogs or French Fries. The heat level is Low.

Busha Browne’s Hot Pepper Sauce
Where have I been hiding that I have not tasted this sauce before? This sauce is very good and a bit hotter than the old standard Tabasco sauce
out there. Nice flavor and consistency. The heat level is Medium.

Choula Hot Sauce
Well, it makes sense to me that Mexico would have a hot sauce or two! This Mexican import is nicely done and nicely priced.
Even though Vinegar is the listed first ingredient I didn’t really taste it – as to say, it wasn’t overpowering. The heat level is Low.

Goin’ Bananas Hot Sauce
I first though it
was strange to see hot sauces with fruit flavors until I tried one! Excellent! This sauce is so good that I use it to
dip Tortilla chips in. Try it – you’ll like it. The heat level is Low
Hog’s Ass Garlic Habenero Sauce
With a name like this you got to be good! Having Garlic in the name is appropriate because this sauce is loaded with
it! It’s hot but, I can take it. I use this one often. The heat level is High/Medium
Joe Perry’s Rock your World Bone Yard Brew Sauce
Love the name. The sauce is thicker that most hot sauces and
definitely has a big chipotle flavor. A little closer to BBQ
sauce I would say and has a nice use of fresh tasting ingredients. The heat level is Low/Medium
Joe Perry’s Mango Peach Tango Sauce
Another great name and good looking label (if your into that sort of thing). Love this sauce! Great
as a dipping sauce with
Chicken.

Mad Cat Hot sauce
This sauce is packed with the freshest tasting ingredients! Great sauce. One of my Favorites. The heat level is
Low/Medium
Mad Dog Liquid Fire hot sauce
This sauce was my first experience into the hot sauce world apart from the ol’ Tabasco bottle. It taught me not to be afraid
and to try new things. I will always have a special place in my heart and refrigerator for this one. Thanks for being so gentle and good! The heat level is
Low/Medium

Mountain Man Fire Roasted Habenero Sauce
Who came up with the name for this one? With all the great names out there that’s the best you could do? If the
name was a little better I bet you would have heard of this sauce because it is great! I really like the roasted habeneros in this – adds terrific flavor. The heat level is
Medium.
Orange Krush, the Habenero sauce
See? Better name. I don’t know what made me think I was ready for this sauce! I guess I am getting too
cocky. It’s a good sauce and I like it but, it takes me a day or two to recover. The heat level is High/Medium
Smack my Ass and call me Sally
With a name and label like this I just had to try it. Good sauce, nice flavor and my speed (about a 6 on the 1-10 scale)
I like the use of carrots in it. Different. The heat level is Medium
Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
Wow. This sauce is awesome! I can use this on anything. It comes in a good size bottle and is cheap too.
Bonus! Must be the sugar in it that I like. The heat level is Medium
Whoopin’ Ass Chipotle Fire sauce
Great packaging of the bottle – worth it just for that. The sauce is good but, I little thin if you know what I
mean. Can be used liberally. The heat level is Low
